It's simple - you buy a trial pocket nappy and use it for a month. If you're not happy with it after four weeks just send it back to us and we will refund you a whopping 70% of the cost of the nappy - and your return postage. No questions, no fuss. 

It's worth being aware that our trial nappies are one size nappies. Although they are often described as 'birth to potty' nappies, we find that realistically they often don't fit well until about eight weeks old (although they will then last you until potty training). Please bear this in mind if you're buying before your baby is born.

Nappy Info

Our nappies are called pocket nappies. At the back of the nappy, there is a pocket, which is where you put the inserts. Each of our nappies come with two bamboo mix inserts, which you put into the pocket to make the nappy absorbent. When stuffing the inserts into the pocket, ensure that they are flat.

One size nappies are also known as birth to potty nappies. It is rare these nappies fit straight from birth. If you want to use cloth nappies from birth, you are best to check our newborn nappies. Our one size nappies fit from approximately 10lb / eight weeks right up to potty training. Some mums use single use nappies from birth until these fit their babies.

When your baby is small, you will only need one insert and this should last you 2-3 hours. Once your baby starts to grow (which is always too quick!) and you find the nappy is not lasting as long, this is the time to add the other insert. This will ensure the nappy lasts longer.

You will find our one size nappies are really easy to put on, as they have popper fastenings, which makes the nappy really secure. These poppers come into their own when your baby becomes a toddler. They have a knack of learning how to take velcro nappies off!

 How To Adjust 

Our one size nappies are suitable for babies from 10-35lb. Approximately 8 weeks old right up to when you start potty training. The popper system on the front of the nappy, allows the nappy to grow with your baby. You simply snap the poppers together to make the nappy smaller and as your baby grows, undo them and this will make the nappy larger.

Nappy Care

• Pre-washing before use helps increase the absorbency of your nappies. Follow the washing instructions below and repeat up to three times.

• After use, knock any solids into the toilet or remove liner if you have used one. Put used nappy in the nappy bucket until wash day.

• It can help to put the nappies on a cold rinse before washing as this ensures all the solids have been washed away before the washing cycle.

• Your nappies can be washed at 60°C, although 40°C is usually sufficient.

• Use your usual detergent, our nappies are designed to fit in with you, not the other way around.

• Don't use any fabric conditioner or bleaching agents

• Your nappies are best dried naturally, although you can put them on a low setting in the tumble dryer. Natural is best for your nappies and the planet too.

• Do be careful if they have been near heat such as the tumble dryer or radiator and don't stuff the inserts back in straight away. The heat can weaken the elastic and cause it to snap.

• If you do need to use barrier/nappy rash cream, ensure you use a liner.
